POLICY
**ATTENTION** Clientele is responsible for abiding by ALL information provided below prior to booking. Failure to follow policy, or ignorance of policy WILL NOT result in a refund of any kind!
PAYMENT
A Nonrefundable deposit will be due at time of booking, and will be included in the cost of your session. The remaining amount is due in CASH or ZELLE ONLY. **NO OTHER METHOD WILL BE ACCEPTED
SUNDAY BOOKINGS
Please be advised that all Appointments booked on Sunday will have an up-charge of $25, added on to the original cost of booking.
ARRIVAL & LATE PENALTIES
If you are running late please contact 757-517-0172, with your name, original session time, and that you are running late. Regardless of reason, unfortunately the amount of time that you are tardy will not be made up, neither will I perform rushed work. Please be prepared to simplify session based on remaining time. After 15 minutes without informing me that you are running late, your session will be cancelled, and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
Cancelation

Please be sure of the date and time you are booking, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded for any reason.
We Can transfer deposit to a different service, date, and/or time.

Guest
No Extra Guest will be permitted. If you arrive with unscheduled guest, your appointment will be cancelled without refund. (Does not apply to mothers and small children)
COVID PROTOCOL
Your temperature will be taken outside of the door prior to your appointment. If your temperature is equivalent or greater than 100.4 F, you will be denied entry and will have your temperature retaken after 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes your temperature is still equivalent or greater than 100.4 F. Your appointment will be rescheduled. If the session is for a special event, it is possible to have deposit refunded. Please understand a refund is under COMPLETE discretion of the Artist. Otherwise, your appointment will be rescheduled after a 14 day quarantine, a negative covid test, and NO display of symptoms.
